⋆ HOW IT WORKS ⋆

  • Our standard 5-day event hire is $340 and includes:

    * Your choice of audio guest book
    * Personalised greeting preloaded
    * Instructional signage
    * Australia-wide express shipping (unless picking up locally)
    * Personalised greeting preloaded
    * Delivered 2-3 days before your event
    * Personalised voice message video with photo background in 10 days (once we receive the phone back)
    * Heavy-duty travel case

    Your Audio Guest Book will be delivered at least 2-3 days prior to your event date and you return 3 days following your event using the prepaid satchel.

  • PICK UP - If your event is on the Sunshine Coast you will be able to pick up your Audio Guest Book 2-3 days before your event date.

    SHIPPING: The phone will arrive 2-3 days before your event via Aus Post.

  • We’ll email you as soon as your booking is confirmed with instructions on how to send your personalised message. You simply record using your voice memo app on your phone, send it to us and we load it into your Voice Your Love Phone prior to dispatch.

    PS. Don’t stress, if you’re not sure what to say, we’ll send you plenty of inspo to get ideas!

  • No & no (how good!) Your audio guest book is cordless and will be delivered with full charge.

⋆ DURING YOUR EVENT ⋆

  • Your hire includes signage that prompts your guests to pick up the phone and leave a message.

    Once your guests pick up the phone they will hear your personalised greeting and will then leave a message after the beep.

  • Yes absolutely, feel free to make it your own! Whilst we supply you with signage you can opt to create your own to suit your space.

  • Honestly anywhere you like! We recommend placing it in high traffic areas where guests can access the phone all day/night.

  • If you’re a Type A bride I’m sure you’ll remember to grab the phone at the end of the night 😉 aaand if you’re not, maybe designate a family member or friend to pack the precious cargo away in it’s case to ensure it won’t get lost!

    If it’s not a wedding, simply turn the phone off and pack it away ready to send it back within three days of your event.

⋆ AFTER YOUR EVENT ⋆

  • PICK UP/DROP OFF: Please ensure that you return your Audio Guest Book within three days after your event date at the same address you picked it up from.

    SHIPPING: All you need to do is place your Audio Guest Book in the provided prepaid postal satchel and conveniently drop it off at the nearest post office.

  • We ask that you please return the phone within three days of the event.

  • All packages include a digital copy of your audio guest book messages made into a special video with a personalised cover featuring your favourite photo from the day.

  • After we receive your Audio Guest Book, we will remind you to submit an image from your event day or a fun throwback. This image will be incorporated into the video (MP4) versions of your voice messages, making them ready for sharing.

  • In your voice message gallery, you will find both audio (MP3) and video (MP4) files for each recording, allowing for convenient downloading and sharing on any device or social media platform.

  • You can expect your gallery to be delivered 10 days after the phone is returned (but to be honest probably before, because we’re good like that 💁🏻‍♀️).

⋆ OTHER Q’S ⋆

  • You can book online if your event is in 10 days or more. If it is within 10 days, Contact Us and we will see what magic we can make happen.

  • Booking Cancellation: Cancel your booking 31 days or more prior to your Start Date and you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your booking within 31 to 11 days prior to your Start Date you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel your booking within 10 days or less of your Start Date no refund will be provided as your Equipment will have likely already been dispatched. We can not issue refunds during sales periods.

    Changing Guest Book Style: There is no charge for changing the style of your Guest Book 11 days or more prior to your Start Date. However, changes are subject to the availability of the requested style. Changing the style of your Guest Book within 10 days or less of your Start Date is not possible as your Equipment will have likely already been dispatched.

    Changing Hire Period: You may change the Hire Period of your booking for no charge up to 11 days or more prior to your Start Date. Changing your Hire Period within 10 days or less of your Start Date is not possible as your Equipment will have likely already been dispatched.

  • Absolutely not!

    You can have Voice Your Love Audio Guest Books for your birthday, engagement, farewell parties, corporate event or any other event you want to make unforgettable (yes, even funerals).

  • In technical terms, the answer is yes. However, in practical terms, it is not the case. Your Audio Guest Book offers a recording memory capacity of 100 hours which would typically allow for over 3,000 messages to be stored.
